GK 200 Customized Engineering Drilling Rig Features
It has hydraulic feeding structure, drilling efficiency and reduce workers' labor intensity. The drilling rig is equipped with upper ball clamp clamping mechanism and hexagonal active drill pipe, which can reverse the rod without stopping, with high working efficiency, convenient and reliable operation. It is equipped with a hole bottom pressure gauge to indicate the pressure, which is convenient to master the situation in the hole.The handle is centralized and easy to operate.The drilling rig has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, strong decomposition and easy relocation. The loading form is trailer type, crawler type and disassembly. It is suitable for working in plain or mountainous areas.
Method of installing core tube:
Buckle the lifter into the groove of the variable diameter joint, move the right handle of the winch to take the pad fork, take out the perforated pipe, install the core tube, lift the drilling tool to the top of the borehole, move the left handle of the winch continuously, and lower the drilling tool into the borehole at a uniform speed. When the groove of the variable diameter joint is close to the inlet, use the pad fork to block and remove the lifter.
